In the event any customer is not satisfied with the services and/or programmes enrolled for, such customer shall immediately bring any such eventuality to our notice immediately and we shall ensure that we take all best and necessary steps in the regards to improve the experience of our valuable customers.
Where in spite our best efforts, if our customer intends to dis-continue our services and programmes, to ensure our customer's free will in opting our services, we guarantee 100% refund of the entire fees paid by such customer within 30 days, provided that a written intimation has been given to us by our customer on or before expiry of third session by our elite coaches.
Where the customers fails to convey his intention to discontinue our services and programmes and/ or after communicating his intention to discontinue, continues to take services and attend programmes beyond 3rd session, no refund shall be made to such customer under any circumstances.
